London’s Tottenham Hotspur has announced a new long-term kit deal with Nike after 5 years with Under Armour. The new deal is rumored to be worth around £30 million GBP ($38.9 million USD) a year. The announcement comes on the back of Tottenham’s most successful-ever Premier League season with the team finishing second for the first time since the league was formed.
It also comes as Spurs prepare for a move to a brand new state-of-the-art stadium on the site of their historic White Hart Lane ground. There’s no news yet on what Nike’s first Tottenham kit will look like, but with the deal kicking off with the 2017/18 season, it won’t be long before it is unveiled.
