People are just messed up these days. How do you first get this in your head? Then think it’s a good idea to do it. Finally, be stupid and crude enough to actually go through with the whole thing. Not to mention, publish the entire crime to Facebook for everyone to see.
Three teenagers have been arrested after a Facebook Live video appeared to show them allegedly attacking and sexually assaulting a young woman.
Hayleigh Alexis Hudson, 19, 17-year-old Ezzie Johnson and Kadari Fabien Booker, 17, were arrested on Wednesday night after a video of the attack went viral.
The Clarion Ledger reported that the video began with a man filming the woman perform oral sex on him in a bathroom.
When they left the room, the woman sat on the sofa, where the group accused her of performing sex acts for money and told her to do so on camera again to boost the video’s views.
They all remain in Harrison County Jail of bonds of $400,000 and $500,000 according to UniLad.
The footage was viewed more than 47,000 times before it was taken down.
Gulfport Police Chief Leonard Papania said the victim in the video is 23 years old and has learning difficulties.
Speaking in a press conference, he said: I can’t help but be disturbed by the incredible number of shares and views of this crude and despicable event.
Not too long ago, we were up to 1,100 shares of that video and I think we’re around 48,000 views. It speaks loudly about our culture.
Hudson, Johnson and Booker have all been charged with sexual battery and kidnapping – the two 17-year-olds are being charged as adults, according to reports.
